Our mentors provide support to resolve the challenges that prevent a citizen from being in education, the workforce, or other personal activities such as leisure or social networking.
Our mentoring programs can be planned according to Employment Legislation, Integration Law, and the Social Services Act, where support can be offered to citizens.
Language is our specialty, so mentors and citizens share a common language and cultural background. A mentor with the same linguistic and cultural understanding always makes it easier to start a conversation, build a good relationship, and communicate Danish norms. We have extensive knowledge of languages and understand many of the challenges that citizens face... many of us have walked the same path!
